Day of Fun

So, we had a Day of Fun last weekend. Moreso for Nick, but I enjoyed a it too. He got to do all of his favorite things in one day. He woke up early and went riding (I slept in), then we went to Aviation Nation. We love going to this!! The airshows are always great and the planes are amazing, especially the old tank ones. It makes you think, how in the world did those get in the air?! The Thunderbirds are always great. And we love it! We got home in the early evening and Nick went calling. Reag had no nap, so she went to bed early and got to read and watch movies and have quiet time. 3 of his favorite things in one day! And 3 of my favorite things in one day!! Good times had by all!!!

Happy Birthday Nick!!!

Nick's birthday was Friday and he is 28!!! He can't believe he's already that old and is pushing 30. I think he's hotter than ever though, so it works!! He had to work, but me and Reag surprised him with his favorite things when he got home. We had balloons and streamers and we made a sign (with Reag's help) and his fave things: jerkey, dozen krispy kreme doughnuts (my fave too!), white choc covered pretzels, cream soda in the bottles, and his fave cookies that I never make because they aren't my fave. He gifted himself with a new scope and me and Reag got him a satchel/seat that goes on the back of the 4-wheeler. Reag was so excited and couldn't wait to show him his "party". Then we went to Claim Jumpers and had yummy food and of course I had them bring out dessert and sing! Too fun and a great day. I LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!!!

Baby Boy Holt

So I know this is updates overload, but I went and had another ultrasound today and wanted to post the pictures. I've had lots of ultrasounds this go around, which has been pricey, but so fun too!! :) Everything's great; I'm 22 weeks and he's 15 ounces. He moves likes crazy (for about a month now) and the tech had a hard time getting everything because he wouldn't hold still. Is that any indication of things to come?! Oh well, I'll take it!! The first one: profile with partial hand in his mouth and fingers out (kinda looks like he's giving the peace sign!); 2nd & 3rd are profile; and the 4th shows he is a definite boy!! Legs open and arrow pointing to evidence. This was actually the first picture we saw when she started!! Covered his face, but not his downstairs! What does that mean?!

Sand Dunes

We went to the sand dunes the other day and met some people from our ward. Super windy, so not too many pictures, but a few from the ride there. Two things I learned: 1.) My daughter is all grown up, and yes she is listening to my IPOD!!! and 2.) We have to get a bigger truck!! (As soon as this baby's out...hopefully!)

Quick Note

This is how it is anytime we leave the house. Reagan takes a blanket, a stuffed animal, a toy, a cup, and maybe a snack! It's craziness and this has been our life FOREVER!! We won't help carry it, hoping that will discourage her, but no, she'll just take extra trips! Will this end?

Halloween Party

A week or so ago, we went to a Halloween Party/Carnival at the University of Phoenix. Reagan had such a blast! They decorated like crazy and had lots of themed rooms. She especially loved the princess room and seeing "Ariel" and "Cinderella". A few days later was our wards Trunk-or-Treat. It was great and crazy!!! I can't believe how many people were there. We have a huge ward (3 nurseries!!), so it was really fun and lots of cars participated. No pictures of this though because our camera still is half broke and our new one is now on backorder. Then, a few days later was her preschool halloween party. She dressed up and the parents came and we ate treats. We made fun cupcakes for it and of course Reag had fun helping me do that. No pics just because I forgot it! Sad!!! Then the next day was actually Halloween. We were worn out by this point, but at least she got good use of her costume! We went to a new outdoor beautiful mall by our house to trick-or-treat. It got way too busy though, so we didn't stick around too long. Thankfully the trunk-or-treat was great, so she got the experience. Overall, a great holiday!! This was the first year that Reag was really into it, so she had a blast.

The Best Grandpa Ever!

I just wanted to say how thankful I am for a great and loving dad. It's so nice that he is only 3 hours away. Thankfully, he is willing to come visit often. Reagan absolutely adores him and it's no wonder why. No one else exists when they are together. And I enjoy the break!! He is so great to run and chase her and push her a million times on her bike and play play-dough and paint and dress up dolls and just make her laugh like crazy. She loves him so much and I'm so thankful that she knows the man that I was blessed enough to have. We love you!!!!!

Fun day, Yummy Food

Saturday we woke up and the weather was nice/a little warm, so we decided to go for a 4-wheeler ride. It's great because we can go right from our house now that we've moved. It'll work for now. We had a fun ride. Even Gus loves to come, although she's fat and can't go too long and Nick's sweet enough to put her up with him so she doesn't have a heart attack!! Later that evening we went to a food and music festival. We went last year and it's always a fun time. Puddle of Mudd was there and Lifehouse and like 4 others. There's also about 50 food vendors. Everyone's friendly and it's a great family activity. Reagan loves to eat yummy food, run around, and dance tons!
