Girls Night

I had the great pleasure of spending time with two of my favorite people the other night. We gorged ourselves with food and then laughed all night. My hilarious cousin Loke and my sweet friend Stacia made the perfect company. We were getting together one last time before Stacia moves. :( I have to say, she is one of my bestest friends. Other than Loke, Stacia was the first person that I really hung out with after moving to Las Vegas. She's the kind of friend that I can call and just talk and she'll follow and completely understand. She always helps, even if she has craziness going on. She's the kind of friend that's honest and we can laugh and tease each other without offending because we know there's nothing but love there. She's completely hilarious and isn't afraid to rip on herself. And, the best part: she can see me when I look awful and not even care! She has a huge heart and is a great wife, mom and friend! Wow, I just realized that I sound like I am her stalker OR I'm saying her eulogy. Ok, it's neither of those things, I just love her and I'm sad that she's moving! Love you Stac!! PS. Both of you look hot!!

Milford, Ut

Nick and I had the great pleasure of visiting Milford, Utah last weekend. Both of my parents are from there and we still have some family there. Hey, you can't help where you're born, don't laugh!! Actually, it's a cute little town and not that much different from the cute little town that I'm proud to call home. We were there helping my aunt remodel her bathroom and it was a fabulous time away to just be with family and relax and let the kids play outside ---in the front yard without even worrying!! Gasp!!!! How would that be??! :)

County Fair

We love going to the fair. It's the perfect time of year and it's always a blast! I swear I didn't tell them to pose. Nick looks like a GQ Marlboro Man and Reag, well she's modeling the Ferris Wheel! Like Father Like Daughter I guess...

So, there were a TON of Brain Teaser games. I tried for a second and was way off. Then Nick did it for not even a minute and had all the nails sitting on one!!! He's not only ruggedly handsome, he's smart too!!

Momma's Boy

and I love it!!! This is where Hunter likes to be while I'm getting ready. He'll sit on the sink, get into EVERYTHING and just be content. My bathroom is a disaster after, but again, just trying to enjoy the journey!

Bendaroo

What is a bendaroo, you might ask. Well, let me tell you. It's only one of the coolest, creative ways to keep Reagan happy, focused and intent. It doesn't last forever, but for $1, it's a gem!


And so funny that she calls them Bendaroos! She made a leash and collar for Gus. Gus was sleeping, she kept pulling on it to make her get up so she could "walk" her. Finally, she gets up, walks a step and starts biting on the "leash". Reagan yells at her, "Gus stop eating my bendaroos!!!" I just had to laugh! Would you want to be dragged around by a bendaroo? :)

Easter and conference, how fun!! The kids got up and had to find their baskets, then we had family in town that came over to watch conference and EAT! We love all the Foster Fam so whenever we get to see them, it's a huge treat!

Easter Weekend

We dyed eggs for fun and for the hunt the next day. I love these two!! Later that night we went to the drive-in. It's completely ghetto and SO MUCH FUN!!! We love it. We always have a blast and it's cheap family fun. Two funny things Reagan said that day, mind you I write down all the funny things elsewhere, not the blog, but these were hilarious!! Ok, conversation #1: Nick and I are sitting in the kitchen with the slider open while Reag plays in the backyard. She comes in and says don't look, it's embarrassing! We say okay, we won't look, keep playing. She plays, then watches us and tells us to quit watching (we weren't really anyways!) and that it's embarrassing. She does this a few times, then finally Nick says: Reag, you shouldn't do anything that Dad can't watch you do. She says: Well, Dad, I'm not taking my pants off. WHAT??! That's fine at age 4, but please let's not have the same one at age 14!!!! Ok, conversation #2: Lately things are blooming and the weeds are sprouting up too. She tells me that a weed is pretty and I'm telling her that no, weeds aren't pretty, they're a pain, etc. End of conversation. Days later while we are grabbing food in the ghetto before the drive-in. We are stopped at the drive-thru and Reagan says: Mom, is that weed?? (No joke) I say: Um, what (we are in the ghetto, so....)?? She points to the bush by her window and explains. Nick and I die laughing! Love these kids!!

After a fun day at the Children's Museum we went to a Pump It Up party for our sweet cousin McKayla who turned 5. The kids had lots of fun there too!! Thanks Phillips' for a fun night!!!! We love you!!

Hunter loves balls. He'll throw them to you back and forth or he'll just throw it and crawl after it himself if no one will play. He did this for much of the time, then 4 cute girls sat down to play with him. He's a flirt already!

So fun that Reagan loves The Berenstein Bears as much as I did growing up. We LOVE PBS.

We went to the children's museum with some fun girls from the ward. They've really revamped it! Both kids had a blast climbing and playing. There was so many fun things to do, we'll definately go again!
