Big Changes

Big changes are going on for our little family. I've been swamped but have lots of updates coming soon!!!

Remeber when 30 seemed so old??

Nick turned 30 last weekend. He went hunting and let's face it, nothing can ever top that so I cancelled the fun plans I had made and he went and had fun being cold in the mountains and loved every minute of it. After we got home from church the next day we had his favorite cake and spent a lovely evening at home. It's such the opposite of how I like my birthdays, but it was perfect for him. I kinda can't believe that 30 is here. When we were younger, it seemed so old and now it's not really that big a deal, although I have totally enjoyed teasing him! :) Happy Birthday to the best husband, father, and friend I know. I love you!!!

Hunting

Nick went hunting with family and I love this picture!!! It's home and beautiful.

So this is Nick's attempt to "sneak" up on Hunter and take a picture of him climbing in the chair, grabbing the remote and watching tv. As you can see, Hunter's staring right at him. Not so sneaky!!

Also carries Reagan's lunch box around. He wants to be like her.

Wanting to sit and do homework like Reagan. When did my baby get so old??? He will be 2 in January and I feel like we just had his birthday.

Trunk-Or-Treat 2010

Every year after Halloween, I say that I'm going to put more thought into it next year and dress up and do something fun as a family. Then it comes and goes so fast that I usually end up just being glad that we were there! This year, Reag said she wanted to be a kitty. I thought, that's perfect I'll have Hunter be a doggy and I can be a Vet! Minimal costume, but still effort and fun. We go to the store and Bam! She now wants to be a fairy. Oh well, maybe next year. :)

Bite

We LOVE Bite Of Las Vegas! We go every year for lots of music and food. Except for last year when we all had the swine flu--good times! Sara Barailles, Plain White T's, Switchfoot, and lots more. Way fun!

I have the BEST friends!

My awesome friend Staci invited all of us over for a fun Halloween party. She had cute crafts and treats for the kids. It was lots of fun. Most of our big kids were in school, so it was fun to focus on the little ones. Thanks Staci!!!

Chrissy, Janeen, Whitney, Me & Staci. There are not even words to say how much I am going to miss these ladies. Seriously, they have been my best buds and my little "family" down here. This ward and my calling and friends will definately be the hardest part of leaving. It's not far though right, so everyone has to come see me!!!! (Don't we coordinate well!) :)

Later that day, my bestie Stacia and her cute family were back to visit family and stopped in. It was so fun to see them and see how much the kids have grown even though it's only been a few months. Reagan loved seeing her friends again. Me too!!

Love being a mom.....

Hunter loves dirt bikes, and trucks, and semi's, and tractors, and buses, and motorcycles, and pretty much anything with wheels. He thought it was the coolest thing ever that his shirt had a dirt bike on it. I asked him, where's your motorcycle (the one on his shirt) and he went and got it out of the toy box.

My awesome, sweet Reagan got student of the month at her school. They pick 2 kids out of each class that are really great that month and she was one of them! Her first month at school!! She got a great certificate and pizza and gatorade for lunch! Pround mama!

This was Hunter crying and trying to climb up me while I was trying to take her picture and just focus on her and make her feel special. He is such a mama's boy!!!!

Nick saw the picture below and said we can never have more kids! Acutally, if you look at the one above though, Hunter is just trying to stop the baby from crying and put the binky back in. So helpful!
