Projects Projects!!!

The red media cabinet was brown and ugly, but SO solid!! Now it's great for our TV and great storage too.  This rocking chair was plain and brown.  Now it's black and distressed with brown showing through.
Holy cow, we've been so busy lately with a ton of projects. It's been a fun little thing that we can do together and some we keep, some we don't; either way, fun! Here's the recent ones from Spring Break.

We found this little beauty and got a STEAL of a DEAL!!! Insane really.  This thing is ug, but SO HEAVY!!! I could barely help Nick unload it.  She sat for awhile, but then we hunkered down and got to it.

This is what she ended up like.  We sold this and it was only listed for 1 day!!

Another distressed rocker.  I guess I kinda like rockers!!

This thing was ugly and brown, but again solid.  I wish I had taken before pictures!!! I always forget. This one is currently looking for a new home.

I LOVE this table.  It was brown, now it's a pretty aqua with black glazing.  I have an imaginary aqua room in my head that this would be perfect for.  For now, it's also looking for a new home.  And if it doesn't work out, I won't be too heartbroken!! Although, this one was a beast to re-do, so I'd be okay to see it go! :)

Remember when I re-did our room last summer? I didn't LOVE the color of yellow on the nightstands when they were done, so that was also a Spring Break project--new color on the nightstands.  The yellow matches our things better now.
Our glider has been really nice, but just out-of-date at this point.  We painted it black and then reupholstered the fabric.

All in all, lots of projects down, many more just waiting in the garage!
